Disability Claims Solutions works with both individuals and attorneys to provide claim specific information to ensure fair and objective claim file review by disability and health insurance companies. We believe all insurers are entitled to clear, specific information relative to their policy provisions as well as specific industry knowledge at least equal to that of the disability insurer. As disabled persons, we believe all claimants are entitled to be treated with respect, fairness, and truthfulness. As consumers, we strongly believe all claimants are entitled to full disclosure of all of the facts and resources used by the disability insurer in rendering claims decisions affecting their lives and the lives of their families.

Disability Claims Solutions strongly supports personal accountability on the part of claims handlers and specialists for any and all claims decisions communicated to DCS or its clients which are deliberately inaccurate or misleading. We hold all claims specialists, consultants and managers personally responsible for claims decisions which are knowingly false and contrary to administrative and medical claim file data from any source. Further, we hold insurance claims specialists personally responsible for business decisions made by their employers as evidenced by their signatures on communications and records which knowingly and deliberately support fraudulent or out of contract claims decisions.
